Returns Policy

We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to exchange your pairs for another size then Airemora will arrange a FREE pickup, only once. Exchange is applicable within seven days. We request you keep the product in the original box packed with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us at info@airemora.com for the same. We do not entertain cancellation requests.

If for any reason you don't want the Airemora product, we will get store credit done after the product reaches the warehouse in unused, original form.

Return or exchange is applicable only one time for each product for the consumers.

Pairs bought on SALE price will only be exchanged once and cannot be returned.

Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics, or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time

Shipping

1. Airemora offers FREE shipping on prepaid orders. It uses the most reliable courier services for deliveries to ensure secured delivery.

2. Estimated delivery date will be mentioned for each style on the product description page. Once your order is placed it will reach you within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

3. For customers within India All prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian tax and GST

4. Once your order is confirmed, you will be able to track your order by logging into your account.
